The Digital Content Writer enhances brand visibility, engages our audience, and drives measurable business growth. Your key responsibilities involve crafting compelling written content to achieve various objectives, including online search visibility and rankings, lead generation, branding, thought leadership, and product marketing. Your content portfolio will span various forms, including creative, informative, technical, blogs and other engaging and educational pieces primarily designed for online platforms. Content will be disseminated across channels such as our website, social media, and inbound campaigns in the form of eBooks, case studies, articles, and video scripts, requiring you to adeptly employ informative, persuasive, or entertaining tones to achieve your writing objectives.

Primary Functions:

• Prepare well-structed, SEO-optimized articles, blogs, web pages, and video scripts along with other media such as eBooks, case studies, and testimonials
• Analyze SEO performance data using tools such as GA4 and SEMrush
• Build and code email and landing page campaigns using HTML, CSS, database segmentation, and maintenance
• Ensure all messaging and copy aligns with brand identity, voice, and key messaging
• Maintain a well-versed understanding of industry trends
• Research industry-related topics and interview Subject Matter Experts (SME's), including customers
• Work closely with our Video Content Producer to identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Update web content (pages and articles) as needed and execute SEO keyword fixes
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to execute the digital marketing strategy

Salary: $70K - 80K annually

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism or related field, preferred

Required Experience:

• 5 years working in a SEO/Content Writer or similar Marketing role
• Experience with email automation tools such as Pardot or Hubspot
• Comfortable interviewing and writing in various tones
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required
• Understanding of HTML, web design, automation flow
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEM Rush

This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 90% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
